Have you looked at the peanut oil aisle lately? Giant plastic jugs, bottom shelf, probably been sitting there for months. A lot of it tastes like nothing.
Olive oil got its moment. Avocado oil too. Peanut oil never got the same attention, which is strange—it's got a high smoke point, a warm nutty flavor, and it's been a kitchen staple around the world forever.
So we make it right. Cold-pressed from American peanuts, in small batches, with no refining or shortcuts. Oil that actually tastes like something.
