Our policies for orders and returns
We ship within the continental United States via USPS or UPS.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Our oil is carefully packaged to prevent breakage and leakage during transit. Glass bottles are wrapped and cushioned for protection.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing an item, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@warmhill.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Please do not discard the product or packaging until your claim is resolved, as we may need additional information for review or a carrier claim.
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or returned product shipments. Please do not mail products back to us unless our support team specifically requests it.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be verified, are submitted outside the claim window, show signs of misuse or tampering, or appear fraudulent. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
